Our teams coordinate their time in Centers of Energy to reflect how they work best.To learn more about life at LogicMonitor, check out our .What You'll Do:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance/accounting team in Pune. In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), reporting, and decision support for our expanding SaaS business.Here's a closer look at this key role:Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to explain financial performance.
• Support the development of annual operating plans (AOPs) and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Financial Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret financial results, providing commentary and insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and board meetings.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. Experience working in a large accounting firm is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with various systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Workday, Snowflake, Salesforce) is a plus.
