Your New Role\xe2\x80\xa6 This position provides support for the APAC CFO and the DTC International CFO organizations including segment finance teams, supporting consolidated financial reporting across all business units within the APAC DTC segments. This role provides support for regional finance on reporting & consolidation, coordination of calendars and deliverables, financial analysis, data management, operational review reporting. The role supports preparation and review of APAC DTC consolidated operating results and financial reporting packages, Foreign Exchange reporting and analysis, flash reporting, trend reporting, and ad hoc analysis as required. Your Role Accountabilities\xe2\x80\xa6 \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with APAC Finance Team, DTC Finance Team and International LOB on budget, forecast and month end process \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Senior Manager / Manager to consolidate APAC reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage APAC WBD DTC\xe2\x80\x99s reporting to support APAC Finance Team for budget, LRP & IBR Pack, forecasting and monthly actuals (MRT) including, but not limited to o Data upload, reconciliation and data validation in forecasting system o Variance analysis o Identify any risks / opportunities and tracking of Gaps to Target o Detailed review of actuals and resolving any incorrect entries with the relevant teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Cashflow analysis and maintaining cashflow tracker \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking Subscriber numbers \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a liaison between segment finance, corporate finance, shared services Accounting and GBS teams, specifically related to the monthly close process. Ensure issues are resolved, and business matters are communicated timely \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive process improvement initiatives and reporting changes required by the organization. Propose changes to the reporting as appropriate to maintain the relevance of the information presented \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide financial insight and support to Technology Operations group, ensuring financial planning process and deliverables are aligned with regional operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform ad-hoc analysis and duties as required, including business cases and new projects. Qualifications & Experience\xe2\x80\xa6 \xe2\x97\x8f Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent). \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 4+ years relevant work experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Advanced knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting. Experience with Hyperion and SAP is a plus. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to influence others. \xe2\x97\x8f High level of executive presence with strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy. \xe2\x97\x8f Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
