Job Description
To coordinate with Banks / NBFCs / Investors for preparing Projected Cash Flow statements, Loan Applications, meeting Lender s queries, Raising Loans, deciphering term sheets and mortgage documents Coordination with existing lenders for disbursements, MIS, monthly / quarterly compliances, repayment of loans, obtaining No-dues certificate, getting reconveyance deeds and releasing MCA Charge etc. To coordinate with Valuers, Lender s Engineer periodically, providing data, replying to their queries, getting the reports finalized. Preparing Interest calculations and payment on monthly basis for all secured loans MIS Preparation and cash flow preparation.
