Job Title Roles & Responsibilities: To coordinate with Banks / NBFCs / Investors for preparing Projected Cash Flow statements, Loan Applications, meeting Lender\'s queries, Raising Loans, deciphering term sheets and mortgage documents Coordination with existing lenders for disbursements, MIS, monthly / quarterly compliances, repayment of loans, obtaining No-dues certificate, getting reconveyance deeds and releasing MCA Charge etc. To coordinate with Valuers, Lender\'s Engineer periodically, providing data, replying to their queries, getting the reports finalized. Preparing Interest calculations and payment on monthly basis for all secured loans MIS Preparation and cash flow preparation.
