The role demands a creative individual with an excellent understanding of fashion design and sketching who can enhance our product range.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in fashion design, specifically in ladies\' ethnic wear (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of ladies ethnic wear styles and trends (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in technical sketching to communicate design ideas effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to forecast fashion trends and integrate them into new designs.
• Deep understanding of garment construction techniques and pattern making processes.
• Experience in using Adobe Illustrator for design creation and modifications.
• Skilled in fashion styling to enhance the appeal and marketing of finished products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Create unique and innovative designs for ladies\' ethnic wear, aligned with the company\'s brand vision.
• Maintain awareness of emerging fashion trends to ensure designs are current and market-competitive.
• Generate detailed technical sketches that clearly convey design concepts for the production team.
• Collaborate with the production team to oversee garment construction and ensure quality standards.
