We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly in utilizing Facebook's advertising platform to drive results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities

? Develop and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.

? Conduct audience research and segmentation to target specific demographics and interests.

? Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with our target audience.

? Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. ? A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and other variables to improve campaign performance.

? Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements

? Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.

? In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

? Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ? Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.

? Google Analytics or other web analytics tools experience is a plus.

? Relevant certifications such as Facebook Blueprint certification is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,198.80 - ?45,000.00 per month
