Experience details and skill set required:
Thorough knowledge of Procurement of Goods/Services on GeM Portal, as per policy and guidelines. Preparation of draft tender documents, floating/publishing tender, conducting pre bid meetings, Bid opening, Preparation of draft technical and financial reports, preparation of draft work orders (all above includes procurement for both GEM & non GEM as per Govt guidelines) & Liaison within departments.
Preparation of tender & contract documents for the works like civil & utility works/services etc and also for procurement of imported equipments (if any). Key Skills required to perform the desired role:-

• Thorough knowledge of floating of tender on CPPP Portal. Knowledge of E-tendering, GFR, GEM
• Developing suppliers/vendors, Leadership, communication, and team-building
• Coordinating with internal teams regarding their needs. Ability to meet deadlines and MIS
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Managing daily purchasing activities. Knowledge of Public Procurement Policies & Guidelines
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with stores to determine and manage storexe2x80x99s needs.
• Monitor/Maintaining of costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and developments including policies & regulations by Govt/Authorities.
• Maintaining files and support in auditing (both Internal Audits & CAG Audits.
• Assisting HOD in the legal matters & arbitration cases,

. Preparation of draft replies to vendors (in case of any disputes).
