Manage payroll processing for India, Dubai and Saudi Arabia ensuring accuracy and
compliance with relevant legislation,
2. Oversee payroll volumes for multiple countries, meeting agreed turnaround times.
3. Review, monitor and implement new legislation to ensure compliance across all countries.,
4. Serve as the primary liaison with finance team members to facilitate the transfer of payroll
data into the accounting system and meet audit requirements.,
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various payroll processes, compliance, and
reporting,
6. Oversee and drive the Year-End Investment and Reimbursement Proof Collection process,
develop and deliver broadcast email communications, manage a high volume of employee
queries effectively with satisfactory resolutions and co-ordinate with the payroll service
provider to optimize service delivery and achieve better outcomes,
7. Ensure compliance by filing Quarterly and Annual TDS returns, along with issuing Form 16 for
India Payroll,
8. Serve as the primary liaison with Food Voucher and National Pension Scheme service
providers to ensure timely contribution uploads and addressing employee queries promptly.
9. Compute commissions and bonuses accurately,
10. Undertake adhoc tasks to support Global payroll operations as directed by the Payroll Head.
11. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payroll, fund planning, social insurance,
and taxation.
12. Address employee queries promptly and professionally.
