About the Role: Their primary responsibilities include analyzing service requests and working on customer applications to fulfill their logistics arrangement. Required to communicate with customers through chat /Emails on the work process. Focus on the customer needs and timely delivery (24x7) with quality are the key performance areas. You Will: Hands-on experience in CRM-related applications Understand customer requirements and be familiar with Travel & logistics management services. MIS reporting/ Macros/ Power BI experience will be an added advantage. Should have experience in customer-facing communications. Non-Voice process experience You\'ll Need: Have 2+ years of overall experience. Having experience in tools like Service Now, InFlight (INX), Concur, SAP, etc. Travel Industry domain knowledge and experience Good Verbal and written communication skills International Voice support (will be an advantage) High Quality-oriented Experience in Analytics and reporting are added advantage.
