Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more.Position: Sr. Executive WarehouseExperience: 4-6yearsLocation: Changodar, MoriyaQualification: Any graduateSalary: 35-40k per monthEmployee Strength: 120+Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)Job Role:Inventory Accuracy and Stock Management

• Conduct routine cycle counts and monthly/quarterly inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Maintain high accuracy in system stock data to support efficient dispatch and fulfilment.

System and Data Integrity

• Update and verify inventory data in the MIS for real-time accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across inventory records to support reporting, order processing, and audits.

Receiving and Dispatch Coordination

• Work closely with inbound and outbound teams to manage stock inflows and outflows.
• Verify incoming items against purchase orders for accuracy and assist in resolving mismatches.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure item availability for order fulfilment.

Returns, QC, and Non-Moving Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage returned goods and assist in the Qc rejection or liquidation process.
• Ensure QC compliance for returned items and maintain accurate records for further action.

Inventory Reporting and Audit Support

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management and audit purposes.
• Assist in preparing data for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are audit-ready.
• Provide timely updates and analysis on inventory levels, stock variances, and returns.
