Job Description

We require Candidates for the post of Sr.Executive (Tenders & Planning) with a minimum Three-years experience in E-Tendering and are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with good English communication, Prior experience in E-Tendering and E-Gem in the Government Department with the following :

The candidate is required to handle multiple activities at a time, including but not limited to the following JOB DESCRIPTION:-

a) Searching of Tenders through Online and Offline of Govt Sector on a daily basis and identify any contracts that may be interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purpose.

b) Good knowledge of E - GEM

c) Submission of the Tender documents as per the tender's requirement.

d) Tenders review and prepare documents etc.

e) To maintain record of all Tenders / Bids till its final outcome.

f) Contract management Analysis of Previous Bids, Competitor Analysis, and Market intelligence.

g) Keep track of EMD's submitted & follow up for its release.

We are doing Composite Projects and Maintenance Contracts relating to Clean Room of various Classes with its utility services, Civil, HVAC (Air Conditioning) / Heating Systems, AHUs, Cooling Towers, Furnaces, Boilers, Hot Water Generators, Pumps, other Heat and Air-conditioning activities including High Precision Air-Conditioning, Server Room, Data Centre, Augmentation of Electric Power Supply Equipment's, Pre / Post Paid Smart Electrical Meters, all type of Internal & External Electrification, Electrical & Mechanical equipment's / installations including Low Tension / High Tension Electric Works with Extra High Voltage installations, DG Sets, RMUs, VCBs, Transformers, Stabilizers, MV/ HT / LT Panels, HT/LT Cables, Street Light Poles, Lights Fittings & Fixtures, other Electrical Installations, Water Supplies, Drainage Systems, Sewage Disposals, RO Systems, STP , Softener Plants, Lifts / Elevators, Escalators Inclinator, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Gas Suppression Systems, All types of Security Surveillance Systems, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Automation, Furniture, Interior Decoration, Architecture work, etc . in DRDO , Ministry of Defence and others Government Department i.e. MES, CPWD , AAI , DDA , PWD , DMRC etc and employing qualified technical engineering establishment.

We require suitable candidates having sufficient experience, confident for this post.
