Sr. Executive Talent Management - 5+ yrs.Location: PuneExciting job opportunity for an HR professional with in-depth expertise in talent management and organizational capability development.Your Future Employer: B2B eCommerce platformResponsibilities: * Develop and implement talent management programs to enhance organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.

• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to analyze employee engagement survey results and drive actions that improve engagement across the enterprise and within specific business lines.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives aligned with enterprise needs, employee development plans, and business objectives.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and support global onboarding processes, including talent review and succession planning for India.
• Implement performance management strategies, enabling robust performance and career discussions, and advise on key programs such as engagement, career development, inclusion and diversity, and well-being.
• Stay updated on talent management best practices and oversee their adoption where beneficial, managing local vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Build and leverage strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders to address short- and long-term talent management needs.

Requirements: * Post Graduate in Human Resources with 5+ years of experience in talent management and leadership development in diverse, complex environments.

• Proven success in designing and implementing talent management and leadership development programs that enhance business performance.
• Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, learning program development, talent assessment, succession planning, and high-potential talent development.
• Highly developed facilitation, influencing, consulting, and collaboration skills, essential for nurturing relationships and achieving buy-in.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to implement enterprise-wide programs and assess their effectiveness.
