Job Description


Talent Acquisition -

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, job portals, referrals)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, documents and make offer by following organizations salary table
  • Maintain job descriptions that reflect each positionxe2x80x99s requirements, understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Lead employer branding initiatives xe2x80xa2 Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, walk in and Campus
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department xe2x80xa2 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Tracking the recruitment status and reporting it to superiors timely
Induction and onboarding -
  • Conduct engaging new employee orientation sessions to introduce new hires to our organizationxe2x80x99s structure and mission, fostering a sense of connection from day one.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary onboarding paperwork, including tax forms and benefits enrollment, background verification and pre employment health checkup.
  • Assist new employees in understanding and enrolling in various company benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and execute onboarding process for employees working remotely.
  • Monitor the progress of new hires during their probationary periods, offering support as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure new employees have the required equipment, access, and workspace.
  • Act as an advocate for change within the onboarding process, constantly seeking ways to improve and make it more inclusive.
Event Management xe2x80x93
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, logistics and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and identify suitable events, vendors and partners for each event.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promote events.
  • Stay up-to-date on current event trends and best practices in the marketing industry.
