Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for an organized and experienced trainer to provide complete training to underprivileged youth (based on knowledge and skills with materials, instructions, and other learning resources).
Designation : Sr. Executive - State M&E, MIS & Finance
Location: Don Bosco Tech, DBSM - Karnataka
Roles and Responsibilities
Adhere to the framework, policies, and guidelines of the financial management of skill livelihood program
• Implementing financial policies of the organization at their respective state.
• Manage the attendance for all the faculty and state team and update the concerned periodically.
• Attendance approval to be taken by technical commission heads before final attendance process
• Monitor cash-flow, maintain financial statements, preparing invoices and conducting monitoring visits etc.
• Maintain receipts and records of transactions by center/ staff.
• Preparing monthly reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.
• Tracking disbursements against invoices/claims of centers/staff.
• Assisting the national team in budgeting, taxes, and compliances.
• Assist in financial audits when required.
• Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues.
• Ensure to resolve any PF/ESI/PT/Insurance related issues in coordination with HR.
• Maintain and update asset & stock of every center periodically.
• Provide logistics for placement services - arranging vehicles, providing food, arranging stay.
• Post the approval of State Coordinator/Regional Manager, responsible to coordinate for the advance request with the National team
Adhere to the framework, policies, and guidelines of the database management of skill livelihood program
• Data verification and data management of the training program on our internal database portal
• Ensuring coordination and management of Accreditation and Affiliation process of training centers with national team.
• Coordinate with center team/state team/regional manager to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of trainee's data.
• Monitoring the database and update it as and when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
• Share center's analytical reports with center heads, center coordinator and state coordinator on periodic basis
• Actively engaging with MIS team based at National Office for required action
• Monitoring visits to ensure quality of the training program.
• Assist the M&E team (based at national office) to implement comprehensive, feasible M&E frameworks that will generate credible, actionable, and timely information.
• Prepare and manage detailed work plan for M&E and monitoring activities and develop databases and dashboards.
• Support the M&E team and state team in ensuring that the M&E and monitoring activities are aligned with programmatic work plans and inform policy processes.
• Support the internal team with reports of the M&E activities to ensure timely course correction for better impact.
