Job PurposeExecute, monitor, analyse and improve the performance of digital marketing campaignsPerformance Measure of SuccessIndividual Accountability

  • Performance marketing: Lead volume, CTR, CPL
  • Social Media: Reach, Engagement rate
  • Website & SEO: Page speed, on page behavior flow, bounce rate, on-page time, Conversion ratio.
Shared Accountability
  • Lead to walk-in ratio
Principal Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end digital performance campaigns (media plan creation to final analysis report of each campaign). Execute all media campaigns in given budgets and timelines
Co-ordinate with media agencies to optimize campaigns and set new benchmarks in the industryAnalyse performance of each source at a granular level (Ad set, Ad, communication, targeting, demographics) and make recommendations to the management on the way forwardExplore new channels of advertising and be up to date on market trendSocial media content creation and social media calendar planning in tandem with the organization\'s project launch plansCreating platform specific strategies to achieve respective social media KPIsKey RelationshipsExternal
  • Performance marketing media agencies, social media agencies, influencer agencies, web design & development agencies,

Qualification and ExperienceQualificationBachelor\'sCertification on online courses related to digital marketing is a plusExperience3 - 4 years of relevant experience managing complete digital planningTelecom/E-commerce/ FMCG background preferredAgency experience is a plus
