This role will be responsible for handling drafting and agreements for MMR region. Experience minimum 3 to 4 years.

Requirement: Non-litigation experience required
Marathi language fluency required.
Experience in Land Due Diligence and to be aware of the local land laws.
Coordinating with the BD Team/land aggregator for procuring all documents related to land.
Verifying the documents and procuring additional documents from BD team/land aggregator.
Coordinating with local advocates and effectively proceeding of Definitive documents for closure of transection.
Coordinating with the concerned team for registration of the definitive documents.
To attend litigation (if any) that might arise in on-going project\'s.
To attend RERA complaints.
Non-litigation experience in real estate companies or law firms with real estate clients.
