Knowledge of making reports on Employees\' attendance as well as Contractual staff/workers\' attendance-Shift-wise monitoring. Monitoring of contractual wage disbursement, wage register, and other statutory compliance record maintenance/verification as per Labour Laws. Monitoring of manpower movement and shift manning manpower report communication. Well-versed with Internal/ External statutory compliance audit handling and maintaining documentation related to employees and contractual statutory records. Plant premise housekeeping, Gardening, Transportation, Canteen management, and day-to-day Office / Plant administration activities. MIS report preparation and senior-level delegation visit handling and support services. Local Govt office / Panchayat office liasioning especially for plant official requirement. Occupation Health Centre management and liasioning with the local Medical Hospital for emergency medical service. Controlling and keeping a disciplined environment at Plant.
