Senior Executive (Inbound Logistics) - Your future position? As the Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Inbound Logistics you will be mainly responsible to lead the Inbound Transportation of Sea / Air service providers, deciding the KPI and monitor services in providing business support to the local operations. In this role you will be based at our Pune site, India and directly report to the Assistant Manager Inbound Logistics.

Roles &Responsibilities (Import)

• Should be fully aware of the latest Incoterms for all modes of transport
• Handling customs clearance activity for sea, air shipments along with samples for Mumbai lab.
• Knowledge of FSSAI policies and procedures
• Performance review of CHA and involvement in contract renewal
• Sharing invoice details with GBS AP for all import shipment booking for payment
• Filing of all Import and Export Documents
• Follow up internal Booking of shipments
• Arranging or booking for export shipment
• Ensuring End to End process of Export Shipment \xe2\x80\x93 Handle Export portfolio independently
• Support Documentation and submit all import documentation timely to avoid delay and penalties
• Should have relevant experience for handling Import and export of Perishable / Flavor / Food products & should be able to contribute in process improvement / cost saving initiatives
• Bill checking of import and export shipments and validating for further processing
• Work with Procurement team to develop low cost vendors
• Develop Reports relevant to import and export function for better tracking of KPI

Roles &Responsibilities (Local)

• Performance Review of Inbound transporters, Renewal of contract on yearly Basis
• Arranging pickups of RM from local suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery / unloading for local materials, liaise with RM planning / FG planning / WH team
• Sharing Documents / bookings for customs clearance
• Follow-up for COA from local vendors
• Reporting and Actions
• Driving export function

Your professional profile includes:

• University graduate - Any Discipline (Import / export course preferred) with around 5 years of experience working in Food / pharma / flavor import export shipment industry background
• Good understanding Freight (Sea, Air, Domestic), Transportation, Planning process, basics of Supply Chain Management, CHA management, Custom and regularity knowledge. Etc. ,
• Knowledge of Transportation process flow
• Understanding of shipping and Transportation regulations and protocol
• Knowledge of transportation supplier landscape
• Knowledge of material/product safety/security norms and regulations
• Knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes
• Solid knowledge of Analytical tools in Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in SAP system
