Job Summary

• Support the company in creating an effective FP&A function to drive a robust Financial Planning & Analysis process in support of the strategy of the company
• Strengthen and grow relationships within the company to create a robust FP&A process
• Assist in streamlining and improving the Financial Analysis and Reporting process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting

Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes\xc2\xb7Coordinate the financial planning activities primarily budgeting and forecasting for the company ensuring that such planning and delivery will be based on robust assumptions & projections and delivery in line with the approved timelines\xc2\xb7Bring sound commercial challenge to the business planning / budgeting process\xc2\xb7Prepare monthly financial reporting packs for all entities and adhoc analysis as required\xc2\xb7Complete monthly financial analysis identifying and understanding variances and risks to the budget and discussions with the management\xc2\xb7Support and work on projects that will drive value in the business\xc2\xb7Assist in the creation and delivery of KPI reporting\xc2\xb7Ensuring effective and timely communication within the department and across the business regarding financial and business related matters\xc2\xb7Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures framed by the company\xc2\xb7To assist Finance Manager in timely closure of all audits e.g. Statutory, Internal and Tax audits\xc2\xb7Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with team members and other departments / staff by demonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to the success of Finance teamKey Skillso Financial Planning & Analysiso Budgeting & Forecastingo Basic bookkeeping and accounting principleso Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointo Customer ServiceKey Competencies1.Analysis skills2.Organization / Planning3.Assertiveness4.Communication5.Negotiation
