Ltd. a 100% subsidiary of SCHOTT AG, with a manufacturing facility located at Jambusar, Gujarat (a production hub for SCHOTT pharmaceutical tubing for Asia) and a Sales office in Mumbai. • ETP, STP operation, inspection and reporting
• GPCB NOCs, Form 3, 4 & Form 5, Monthly Patrak, Manifest preparation
• Conduct Environmental, water and waste management system inspections and audits.
• Monitoring and tracking implementation of Material Compliance regulations and reporting issues across organization.
• Conduct Environmental aspect impact analysis along with departments.
• Execute Environmental Monitoring program and prepare analysis reports.
• Preparing monthly energy and environmental data reports.
• Preparing monthly MIS pertaining ISO 14001 and Enviro legal compliance.
• Conduct drills as per environmental emergency response plan.
• Preparing training content pertaining to EHS and imparting training to employees.
• Monitors environmental unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-conformances, follows up with departments for closure and prepares a monthly progress report for the same.
• Preparing SOPS, formats and reports related to ISO 14001 system.
• Support EHS site advisor in planning, organization, and update of environmental programs and other EHS department activities.
Job Requirement

Education Qualification

• MSc in Environment OR BE Environment. (Preferred: Internal Auditor ISO 14001 and Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)

Experience

• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in any industry type.

IT skills: Office 365 especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Job Skills:

• ISO 14001; 1SO 45001; Health Hazards - Capability to find environmental aspects at workplace; Environment legal requirements, compliance, and consents with regards to the GPCB, CPCB, MOEF, NGT, MSHIC, PWMR, HWMR, etc. (Water Act, Air Act, Hazardous Waste Management and Handling Act, The Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules, Environmental Statement, Public Liability Insurance Act, Plastic waste management rules, e-waste management rules, Batteries Act, etc.), Environmental inspections and audits, Environmental aspect impact analysis, Waste management, Environmental Incident Investigations, Environmental Monitoring, Remediation techniques, Crisis communication; Training on Environmental Topics, etc.
• Must be good in communication, teamwork, having time management and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation skills, good fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati is required.
