Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and various eCommerce platforms. With at least 3 years of hands-on experience, the candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and ad creatives.
SEO/SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword selection, bid management, and performance tracking.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage social media campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates.
E-commerce Marketing
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images on eCommerce platforms to increase visibility and sales.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, including discounts, coupons, and special offers.
Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Monitor email campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
