About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive- Commercial Support.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
  • Understand all product knowledge and support needs of the Europe commercial team providing relevant information to support regional activity.
  • Preparing stock cover analysis report.
  • Managing all activities related to export orders.
  • Material Master related actions in SAP
  • Co-ordinating with Commercial/Area Managers in day-to-day sales support activities.
  • Daily liaising with operations teams and external customers and depots
  • Assisting in Sales Forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Checking and analyzing the freight cost
  • Raising all service PO for the respective regions in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with SCM/Quality for timely availability of products
  • Sales upload related activities in SAP
  • Ensure compliance to SOX, Company Policies, relevant SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and Working instructions.
  • Consolidation of forecast from multiple excel files and preparing ad-hoc reports.Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for results.

About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients\xe2\x80\x99 lives.
For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with science background and Project Management certification is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Must have significant experience in preparing daily/weekly sales dashboard and have strong analytical skills.
  • Active contribution in achieving the forecast/budget numbers by monitoring the stock levels and chasing internal colleagues for the required actions in case of stock out.
  • Preparing the stock and sales report for monthly and quarterly review.
  • Advanced skills including all Microsoft Products (EXCEL and Power Point especially)
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Solution finding mindset and capability.
  • SAP (SD Module or Basic knowledge) and General finance/accounting processes.
  • A positive and \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
