Job Description
Main purpose of the Job: * Responsible for analysis and documentation of Bioassay samples of finished products and stability samples.Job Responsibilities: * Maintenance of adherent and suspension cell lines for Bioassay
- Cryopreservation of bioassay cell lines
- Qualification and validation of bioassays
- Experience on statistical analysis of bioassay data for relative potency determination
- Experience on ELISA and receptor binding assays
- Preparation of standard operating procedures, specification and standard testing procedures.
- Preparation of data sheets and protocols, reports for method qualifications and validations.
- Documentation of bioassay data and maintenance of bioassay lab.
- Handling experience on multimode plate readers.
- Preparation of reagents and chemical as per the STP
- Experience in GMP practices and documentations
- Preparation and review of certificate of analysis.
- Environmental monitoring of clean rooms in QC area.
- Calibration of instruments and equipment as per the SOP.
- Protein analysis by SDS-PAGE, ELISA, OD280 methods.
- Preparation and review of QMS documents.
