Job Description

Job Objective:The job holder will be part of the NeGD HR team with responsibility for assisting the senior consultants in design, implementation and monitoring of various Human Resource activities for the NeGD. The role would include responsibility in all aspects of areas like design and implementation of HR processes, systems and other administrative functions for NeGD employees, developing and implementing change management initiatives, managing recruitment and selection for NeGD & SeMT personnel and managing other HR activities.



Skills :
Recruitment, Joining and On boarding Coordination: Coordinate for Interview.Coordinate with NISG HR for interview panel constitution.Arrangement of pick and drop for Interview panel members.Coordination with Admin Team in logistics for Interview.Monitoring payment to vendors and honorarium of panellists.Joining and on boarding formalities; Assist to conduct orientation / Introduction for new employee;Coordinate for arrangements for ID cards, access to tools and biometric registration of new joiner. Coordinate for meetings and office get together, events etc.Assist to organize employee community & recreational activities;Process and handle documentation such as routine reports, claims etc;Organize HR helpdesk for recurring issues.



Qualifications :
Essential Criteria Graduation: Any field , preferable B Tech or equivalent in IT, Computer Science ,Electronics etc.Post Graduation: MBA / PGD in HR




Experience :

1-4 years of experience in diverse HR roles. Experience in HR role in IT organizations will be preferred.







Others :
HR Generalist:To do all operation activities viz minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the company as related to job.Leave and attendance monitoring. Data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing of documents.Day to day correspondence with all units on various issues. File and database maintenance.Manage HR tools, Intranet and HR vendors time to time.To provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.Hand holding support to SeMTs and grievance redressal, etc.In addition to the above primaryres the incumbent may be assigned any other task from time to time in areas related to Capacity Building.
