• Ensure that candidate must follows all established procedures
• Improve data quality and current operational procedure
• Attend customer enquiries in efficient manner, and ensure customer\'s satisfaction
• Provide regular updated flight details and/or status reports to related party.
• Ensure all shipments are charged correctly
• Supply general export information when and as required
• Registering of export shipments and transport collections
• Liaise with Warehouse and Transporter, CHA and port staff , departments on airline cut-offs, pick-ups and ensure freight is checked in
• Receive export freight booking from customers and complete relevant data entry procedures
• Pre alerts to be sent/track and trace entered
• Knowledge to prepare air waybills on a daily basis, Performs booking and booking optimization according to
• Prepares, controls and distributes all required Export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee
• The ideal candidate should have 2 or 3 of experience handling air export functions
• Must be able to work in a fast paced office
• Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude
• Billing for air bills in a timely manner
• Communicate with airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible

Qualifications for air exportPrevious air and export experience required. * Acceptable PC knowledge

• Knowledge of air space configurations
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of currency, weight, volume, and distance measurements
• DGR certified candidate would be prefer.

• Should have 4-5 years\' experience with any MNC company with having thorough knowledges of Freight Forwarding activities, handling DG Bookings,
• good contact with Liners, Co loaders, CFS & Port to handle shipments smoothly. Also should have Technical skills Operating systems- Internal & External parties & computer language skills.
• Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
• DG experience will be added advantage
