• Designation: Sr Exec / AM - Social Media & Performance Marketing
• Location: Udyog Vihar phase 4, Gurgaon
• Exp: Minimum 4years+

Key Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy and Execution

• Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogs.
• Design, launch, and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. YouTube Management

• Provide direction and guidance to the video production team to ensure videos align with the brand strategy and are optimized for YouTube.
• Manage and maintain the YouTube channel, ensuring alignment with overall content strategy.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for improved searchability and reach.

3. Performance Marketing

• Create and manage performance-driven ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
• Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various campaigns to maximize impact.

4. Trend Analysis and Innovation

• Continuously monitor social media and YouTube trends, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Integrate new and emerging trends into the social media strategy to maintain a dynamic and engaging online presence.

5. Blogging and Content Creation

• Create informative and engaging blog posts that support social media campaigns and drive traffic to the company website.
• Ensure all blog content is optimized for search engines to improve organic reach and visibility.
• Strategize and execute the distribution of blog content across social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

6. Community Management and Influencer Marketing

• Actively engage with followers and respond to comments and messages to build a loyal community.
• Monitor and manage the brand\'s online reputation across social media platforms and YouTube.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify the brand message and drive engagement.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals.
• 7. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align social media activities with broader marketing and business goals.

8. Performance Measurement and Improvement

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
• Implement learnings from performance data to continuously improve social media strategies and execution.

9. Training and Development

• Continuously update skills in social media management, performance marketing, content creation, and YouTube management.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their capabilities in social media, content marketing, and YouTube management.

Tools and Software Proficiency:

• Content Creation and Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects), Canva
• Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
• Analytics and Reporting: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, Hootsuite Analytics
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
• Video Production Guidance: Ability to guide teams using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Ad Management: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio
• Project Management: Trello, Asana, Monday.com
