• All Landlord Liasoning and liaising with different departments, with the scale there\'s always a mismatch in the outgoing. and we are one point contact for all LL\'s and internal departments to set it right
• All renewals
• Relationship with Malls

• An ideal candidate will be an MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate or Retail Expansion Even IPCS will work
• Excellent interpersonal skills required for Negotiations & Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Excel Skills: Advance level preferred (Intermediate level would suffice too)
• Primary-level decision making
• Travel mandatory

• Rent Negotiation and Portfolio Management
• Liaisoning and maintaining cordial relationship with developer, landlords & Mall Decision makers
• Coordinating with various department internally for the end closure of legal/financial requirement
