• Senior Equity and Executive Compensation Analyst

The Opportunity:


We are looking for an inquisitive, motivated, analytical Equity and Executive Compensation Analyst with the ability to creatively multi-task. Within this cross-functional and visible role, you will be a valuable member of the Human Resources team and will partner with various stakeholders and conduct in-depth analyses to help build and deploy competitive, compliant, scalable, and innovative compensation programs to support our growing company so we can attract, retain, and motivate current and future Vaulters!

What you'll do :

Executive Compensation
• Conduct market analysis and research using Radford, Comptryx and Mercer compensation data to inform our compensation strategy.
• Effectively support and manage reporting of executive compensation information for Compensation Committee meetings.
• Partner with Finance and Legal in providing year end compensation information on select individuals for proxy reporting purposes.
• Enhance and maintain the operation, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs and work with external vendor to manage the process.
• Responsible for technology projects involving executive compensation data and equity processes.
• Act as central point of contact for all executive total rewards including compensation, benefits, and perquisites. This includes working with internal departments as well as external clients in managing and answering all inquiries.
• Provide necessary data and interact with our external executive compensation consultant.
• Develop and manage all communications related to executive compensation, ensuring clear, accurate, and strategic messaging to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the management of compensation committee unanimous written consents.
• Assist in the creation of TMCC meeting minutes.
• Keep informed of trends in compensation and advise as needed on marketplace and regulatory developments.
• Create and track executive retention agreements (ERAs) and contracts/employment offers.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development of executive compensation policies and procedures.
• Provide expertise and guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding compensation information.
• Equity :
• Will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of the Company's equity plans, in the U.S. and globally.
• Support the Compensation and Payroll teams with the company's stock plans for all employees in the U.S. and globally.
• Assist efforts to develop and scale the stock administration function, best practices with controls, and automate routine work streams and paperwork processes to better enable efficient, accurate processing of stock administration matters and reports.
• Drive the monthly stock grant process, controls and approvals.
• Partner effectively and proactively with human resources, legal, tax, payroll and accounting to implement equity compensation initiatives/matters.
• Maintain recordkeeping of our equity data using Workday and E-Trade.
• Responsible for the development and management of all communications pertaining to equity compensation, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Prepare equity reports and assist in the review and reconciliation of equity information.
• Maintain supporting documents for audit and support data requests.
• Provide a superior level of service and prioritizing and satisfying multiple requests from employees, management and others supporting employee understanding of stock plan services.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc requests as needed.
• Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of compensation experience, at least two years of familiarity with executive pay practices, including equity compensation
• Experience with restricted stock, stock options, PSU's and ESPP
• Experience in dealing with annual proxy submissions.
• Demonstrated quantitative skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills including the ability to effectively work independently and manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
