Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 (QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation and release, CAE and physical validation support, development and implementation support)
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Supporting engineering proposals preparation in consultation with COE / internal external experts
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Assign job to team members according to skills and time availability.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Organize and manage project activities and reviews with Cross Functional Team, system leads and COE
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Project planning and budgeting support
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Participate in core team meetings and discussions to understand and update project requirement
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Discussions and technical reviews with suppliers and tool makers
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 HR initiative support like recruitment, appraisal, training etc.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Enhancing capability building of the team
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Automotive trims system design / engineering.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Design for Service Assembly and Manufacturing.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Selection of Materials for trims
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Surface finish for trims - texture / colour
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Analysis Concern resolution techniques for trims components.
\xc3\x82\xc2\x95 Geometric dimensioning and tolerance.

Experience

2 to5 Years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/MTech/Diploma
