Job Description
L&T\'s shipbuilding business offers total solutions, from concept design to construction for newbuilds, as well as repair, refits and mid-life upgrades, of both defence and commercial vessels. We need: Experience in one of the following areas: Ship structural design / hull Equipment / outfitting design / HVAC design. Experience in ship design software, an advantage. Qualifications: BE / B.Tech (Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering / Mechanical / Marine Engineering / Any equivalent qualification). Designer Qualifications/Skills: Strong Basic & detailed design skills Layout skills Analytical skills Creativity Flexibility Attention to detail Deadline-oriented Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software Acute vision Time-management skills Communication skills Handles rejection
