We are looking for Sr. Tool Designer at Connectwell Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Dombivli

Qualification: DIPLOMA IN TOOL Design

Experience: 10-12 Years

Industry: Electrical Switch gear / engineering plastic products

:

• Create designs of injection moulds and press tools, jig& fixtures, machine parts and their detailing using 3D & 2D software & coordinate the same from CAD design stage through implementation stage.
• Prepare and maintain design data, records and documentation sufficient to readily provide responses.
• DFM with product designer as well as manufacturing engineers
• Attending tool trials, troubleshooting of tooling (in the light of design of the tool), making reports of trials.
• creating weekly plan/ completion report
• Train and groom his /her peers
• Adhere to Connectwell Industries Quality Policy and follow appropriate procedures.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge in mould & press tool design
• Sound knowledge in mould & press tool manufacturing process
• knowledge in tool room machine & manufacturing process & planning
• Good knowledge of using International Standards & GD&T
• Good knowledge in inspection process & use of inspection instruments .
• Basic knowledge in 2D&3D design software
• Working experience in softwares like Solid edge is preferable
