As a Sr. Engineer, Endpoint Services, you will be responsible for the administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) in Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android & iOS devices. Additionally, you will also be responsible for Modern Device Management which includes handling devices on a co-management infrastructure with SCCM and Intune.Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain mobile devices using Microsoft Intune by ensuring security, compliance, and efficient deployment.
• Lead all aspects of the management of mobile applications, including deployment, updates, and user access control.
• Develop and implement mobile security policies and procedures to ensure the security of our mobile applications and devices.
• Lead the deployment process of mobile applications to app stores, including testing, release, and updates.
• Configure, fix, and resolve mobile device management issues, enrollment failures, application management and policy compliance.
• Handling and supporting SCCM/Intune infrastructure on application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance and reporting
• Have experience in Implementation and Administration of Windows Autopilot and other Modern Device Management Tools
• Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI)
• Conduct performance analysis and fine tune configuration to increase performance.
• Work on problem resolution, identifying the root causes, and taking preventive maintenance.
• Monitor the ServiceNow ticket and close them as per the SLA\xe2\x80\x99s

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in Computer or Information Sciences.
• Overall IT experience of 12+ yrs. with a minimum experience of 8+ years in SCCM/Intune and MAM/MDM.
• In-depth and extensive experience in leading and supporting mobile device management and mobile application management.
• Expertise in the Android, iOS and Windows platform, with the ability to navigate its intricacies and standard methodologies.
• Experience in implementation, administration and configuration of SCCM/Intune in Enterprise environment.
• Experience in major Microsoft technologies like server operating systems, Active Directory, SharePoint and SQL Server is a plus.
• Experience in documentation. Audiences can vary between technical and non-technical users and management.
• Demonstrate good judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction is required in order to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.
• Experience working in ITIL and Project Management Processes.
• Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
• This position will involve working in rotational shifts.
