Job Description

1. Monitoring Unsafe Act of stores personnel and ensuring safe act and nil incidents / accidents
2. Monitoring and reporting Unsafe Conditions to Head \xe2\x80\x93 stores and get safe conditions in place
3. Monitoring the personnel for the use of MSDS Extracts & PPEs recommended
4. Arranging sufficient number of storing racks / bins / crates for storing materials.
5. Arranging identification of racks / bins / crates for correct and easy pick and place of materials at right locations.
6. Ensuring stacking / storing of materials at designated locations and preserving the material until its shelf life.
7. Ensuring correct Receipts / Issues or release of materials to the users in getting authorized appropriate documents.
8. Ensuring for trouble free & safe operation of all materials handling / lifting equipment in good working condition with the help of maintenance department.
9. Monitoring all stores personnel and operation for optimum resource utilization to minimize depletion and disposal of wastes as per EMS compliance requirements.
10. Ensuring OCPs to the correct method of operations
11. Executing the actions for the identified UAUC.
12. Monitoring, measuring & taking timely actions to achieve the targets of QMS, EMS, OHSMS objectives.
13. Ensuring Month on Month Cycle Count activity to be done, if any deviation occurs more than allotted % has to give propitiate Corrective actions.
14. Arranging transport arrangements based on sale orders on D2DTotal Experience in years : 4-5 Years
