• Android / tvOS based Streamers, where IP video steaming is the core and features to support this product
• Features for the IPTV Streamers in product components - UI, IP streaming, Video on Demand, Android services, Logging framework
• Non functional requirements for the IPTV Streamers product - Stability, Resiliency, Observability, Performance .
• Will have exposure on full stack development.
• IPTV is strong in Xperi's product roadmap and has significant customer base

• Develop and deploy IPTV Streamers to new customers and increase engagement in the existing customer base.
• Write high quality, scalable code
• Challenging timelines.
• Common code agile development.

• Being part of IPTV team, one would get exposure to full stack software
• Gets an opportunity to work on UI, IP Streaming, Android, tvOS
• Sharp learning curve
• Will be part of a team with excellent work culture and can strike a balance between work and personal life.

• 4 to 6 years of software development experience
• Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals and object-oriented programming and design
• Expert-level knowledge of C++ or Java
• Willingness and ability to work across layer of the software stack
• Exposure to at least one of the following lower layer areas: - Memory management, Threading
• Understanding of micro services architecture and technologies.
• Good to have experience in Android TV/ Smart TV
• Good hold on Problem solving, Algorithms and Data Structures
• Exposure on application development
• Experience in large, complex embedded systems applications
• Increasing areas of ownership and responsibility on previous projects

Nice to Have:

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative attitude, focus on working together on strong teams to deliver the best products
• IPTV/Streaming domain knowledge is good to have.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile a plus

Education:

• Engineering Graduation degree or post-graduation degree from reputed Indian or foreign university
• Experience in the industry

• Strong Operating System (Linux preferred) Knowledge, good to have worked with internal of any of the OS - 3
