- Sr. Engineer Sales. A tech company is seeking a smart and savvy sales and marketing engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling. Products and Services 1. Process Automation Solutions - Food and Non-food Industry 2. PLC, VFD, Soft starters, Software. 3. Control system Software including SCADA, DCS, MES, MIS OEE, etc Job Responsibilities. 1. Implements the sales targets of the company in his market. 2. Generate Leads and Qualify them. 3. Proactive in finding opportunities and closing them in our favor. 4. Must be able to sell Technology products and projects. 5. Must be having networking skills. 6. Make cold calls for face-to-face meetings and present presentations to prospective clients. 7. Assisting management on sales calls, follow-up, meeting scheduling, and reporting 8. Use templates for sales and never have the attitude of low profitable sales to satisfy sales figures. 9. Must be willing to travel extensively. Key Skills. 1. Good Communication skills. 2. Positive attitude. 3. Multilingual 4. Excellent skills in internet searching. 5. Medium skills in creating online advertisements of products. 6. Good knowledge of Excel and MS Word. Educational Qualifications. 1. Degree or Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering Sales experience / Knowledge 1. Two to three years of hard-core selling experience. 2. Negotiation and Persuasion. 3. Must have sold at least 3 crores worth of project orders in a year. 4. Must focus on monthly revenue targets. 5. Build 3 to 4 times of pipeline. Type of industry 1. Any industry that needs automation. Preference is the project value for Automation shall be less than 100 L per project. 2. Food, Non-Food, Fine Chemicals, Breweries, etc. Professional Competence 1. Can develop technical/technological ideal solutions with the customers 2. Can conduct sales conversations and contract negotiations 3. Has an excellent command of one of the company languages and of the respective language of his market territory in spoken and written 4. Understand the up / downstream markets of our customers. 5. Has an excellent command of presentation- and negotiation techniques 6. Has an excellent command of sales- and relationship management
