We have an excellent opportunity for Sr. Engineer QA for an Manufacturing company.

Location : Thane

Experience : Minimum of 6 years of total work experience with minimum of 4 years in supervisory level in manufacturing based organisation.

Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering, preferably mechanical or related streams.

Preferred Industry: Tier 1 or Tier 2 Auto Component manufacturing. Mass production setup.

Role :

1. COQ reduction

a. Monitor and plan actions for reducing the COQ

b. Ensure action decided are implemented.

c. Carry out Root casue analysis , monitor

effectiveness of corrective actions

COQ trend

2. Maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction

a. Customer complaint management (Follow 1-1-1

methodology)

b. Relationship Management - Customer audits, visits

3. Process Improvement

a. Follow Process, Product, Dock audit schedule

b. Drive JIT, waste elimination

c. Reduce inhouse rejection

d. Gauge management to avoid delays

a. Ensure QMS implementation and sustenance

b. Trainig for QMS to operators and New Enggs

c. Actively participate in PPAP and APQP related

activites.

d. Maintain all QA realted data, carry out analysis and

a. Maintain high level of teamwork and Moral of the

QA team.
