Job Description
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors / Master\'s degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) - 07+ years of experience in EV Industry - Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment in automotive preferably in EVs - Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to establish team, optimise team performance and development. - Strong cross functional stakeholder management across departments - Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills required Roles & Responsbilities-
- You will be a part of a winning team where you will get exposure to Electric Vehicle industry.
- Understand market & customer requirement in Electric Vehicle.
- Determine the innovative ways to meet customer requirements which include -Packaging, Performance , Manufacturing feasibility and Durability.
- Experience in vehicle aggregate development process and knowledge of overall vehicle Product development process.
