Job Description


Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Handling complaints in Solar inverter, Solar modules ,DB\'s,other components at site
  • Ensuring timely response to customer/channel partner for complaints
  • Coordinating with the OEM to address warranty replacements and major failures occurring at the site.
  • Centrally lead and manage the warranty claim process in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitating the replacement of products covered under warranty in collaboration with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
  • Ensuring efficient coordination of service inventory through collaboration with the SCM team to expedite issue resolution.
  • Implementing proactive measures to enhance & manage overall complaint management processes.
  • Maintaining detailed records of complaints, resolutions, and warranty-related activities for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the complaint handling and resolution process.
ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years of service level experience of Inverter/Electronic componentsIndustry PreferredQualificationsMinimum qualification required - Diploma/BE or B.tech in Electrical/ElectronicsGeneral Requirements
