• Provide Engineering Leadership and play a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle by aligning the technical strategy with the product vision, leveraging Angular, React and Node.js expertise to create responsive interfaces and scalable server-side applications.
• Translate product needs into a robust technical architecture, and meticulously break down designs into manageable tasks.
• Lead the engineering team to execute with precision.
• Leverage your hands-on experience in Angular, React and Node.js to architect and craft high-quality code, fostering technical excellence and innovation within the product.
• Participate in Code Reviews, providing leadership in design principles and architectural patterns.
• Dive into troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure top-notch product performance and software quality.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth within the engineering team by guiding and mentoring team members.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, serving as the primary technical liaison.

Key capabilities

• University degree in computer science, information systems or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with 3+ years experience in a leadership position overseeing technical teams.
• Proficient in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Angular, React for front-end development and C# and Node.js for server-side solutions.
• Expertise in azure environments, with a strong command of API design and development, event-driven and stream architectures, and integrating with on-premise third-party solutions.
• Strong experience delivering globally scalable solutions.
• Experience working with mobile, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM project delivery,
