: Job Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for capacity planning for network, also responsible to develop a plan to ensure maximum usage of network capacity & to sustain network failures. 2. Engage in Traffic trending & analysis. Design, Implement routing policy for network and services.3. Ensuring traffic sterring is optimal meeting the SLA and customer satisfaction. 4. Ensure Security of the infrastructure and service.5. Support new service design implementation6. Team management to yield results from subordinates7. Identify the training needs and arrange to provide the same Skills & Competencies : 1. Excellent Communication 2. Presentation, analytical and organizational skills. 3. Self driven and team management skills
