Position Overview: The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in leading technical projects, providing expertise in engineering design and development, and mentoring junior engineers. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with company goals.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, design, and calculations using appropriate software and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve existing products/processes.
• Evaluate and recommend engineering solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and project plans.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Regular Diploma / BTECH , MS Office , AUTO CAD.
• Documentation for APQP , PPAP / TRIAL PLANNING .
• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or in a similar engineering leadership role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the discipline (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, ANSYS, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
