• To contribute under the role of Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in Enterprise Engineering Product Transfer projects.
• Work closely with manufacturing locations in creating detail plan for Product Transfer projects. To work on Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, PPAP\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Gage development, Gage R&R.
• Review & Prepare inspection plans and facilitate qualification of inspection methods.
• Review and qualification of manufacturing process.
• Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing industry

• Preferably Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in interpretation of drawing with GD&T
• Knowledge in lean six sigma
• Proficient in preparing Process Flow Maps, pFMEA & Control Plans
• Hands on experience of PPAP (Mechanical- Machining & Welding), (Electronic/ Mechatronic- PCB, PCBAs)
• Hands on experience of setting up inspection methods for new product launched and line extensions.
• Expertise and hands on experience of Statistical Process Control techniques & Measurement System Analysis
