Position Sr. Engineer

Reporting to Manager - Engineering & TFS

Justification:

Need a senior engineer for Installation and commissioning department.

Brief Description:

? To perform technical jobs of medium to high complexity, including equipment and plants troubleshooting,

ensuring machines normal operation.

? Around most of time out of Loesche offices working at customers plants.

? Will work as a field service specialist in Vertical roller mills and ball mills. It is mandatory to have a high

level of knowledge in Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of vertical roller mills and

ball mills and its accessories equipment's in power and steel sectors.

Educational Qualification: - BE / Diploma (Mechanical)

Years of Experience : - min 4 - 10 years. (exp in cement / power plant is added advantage)

Detailed Description:

? Install and Evaluate machines, equipment, systems, and overall processes to provide decisions

regarding maintenance needs in a technologically environment, solving problems in the operation and

maintenance of machines, equipment and systems to ensure continuous functionality and make

suggestions for upgrades of equipment and systems to ensure a better operation.

? Be able to operate manufacturing equipment and instruct on the proper operation of Loesche supplied

equipment. Be competent in process measuring methods and technical process calculations such as

heat and mass flow balances, energy audits, emissions monitoring, capacity verification and process

flow.

? Test machines, equipment and systems in order to verify their functionality.

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
