To design, develop and implement wiring harness in a particular platform vehicle meeting all regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line.
To have hands on experience on any software mentioned in below(functional competencies) particularly on Capital Tools(Logic, Harness XC, Library, Symbol & Simulation) and detailed knowledge of the software CHS to make build to print drawings.
To have detailed child part knowledge on all WH components like grommets, connectors, clips, wires, Insulations etc.,
Initiate, design and develop design concepts to meet cost objectives, schedule, design parameters for system and component level for WH
Evaluate existing and new designs for compliance to internal and external standards and review designs for various design specifications
Should Create electrical symbols in symbol Library and update the component library for connectors, Inline connectors, Terminal, Relay and Fuse base.
Releasing all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems
Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer
Should have knowledge on working of WH BOM details of components.
Must demonstrate a high degree of Ownership of the Projects and problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in MPDS, DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools
Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
To Create Internal Documentation for Capital tool Usages w.r.t M&M procedure & also contribute for the Documentation of Power Distribution Validation Strategy, Grounding Strategy etc for all the Users to follow for entire M&M Ecosystem.
To Conduct Internal Meetings with Proper Agenda & prepare Presentation for Top Management Reviews w.r.t Electrical Distribution System Progress.
