What We\'ll Bring: This position is a technical role with the mobility domain that provides operational and engineering expertise. The role includes managing and maintaining the day-to-day operational activities that include incidents, service requests and change management as well as project work within the domain. The mobility domain is a global domain that support and manages the mobility devices across the Enterprise. This role will also work and interact with other service domains that include End User Compute, Global Collaboration, AV Engineering, Network, Security and other Infrastructure services. Responsibilities of the role include, managing the mobile suite, fault finding and troubleshooting, maintaining mobility software and mobile applications utilizing MDM tool to push out updates and changes, and keep the domain up to proper codes and updates as needed relative to security vulnerabilities. The scope includes both company managed and BYOD mobile devices where an MDM tool overlays the entire environment. The overall support includes end users mobility onboarding, management of a mobile portal and working closely with mobile providers on provisioning of devices, billing and asset management Included in the responsibility of this role will be working with new associates as part of onboarding and returns of assets as part of mobile life cycle management. Additional responsibility includes rotational operational support shift within a hybrid work environment. This position will strive for continuous improvements within the domain to bring efficiency and consistency across a Global Footprint. This role includes technical operational, engineering and leadership components across the video and audio-conferencing domain that provide support and collaboration needs for TransUnion associates and office locations both domestic and international.

What You\'ll Bring: What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility expense management tools (Mobility Central, Microsoft Intune, Airwatch) \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management including managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing enterprise mobility device management systems including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and support, specifically Apple iOS \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining asset inventory and accounting of end user mobile devices \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage day to day operations within mobility domain, troubleshooting end user issues with mobile device. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as technical lead for Mobile projects that can include M365 roll out to Mobile, Integration new applications to mobile platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in running mobile technologies, including MDM app deployments and Intune. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify areas where mobility gaps exist and recommend supportable solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain documentation as needed, including knowledge articles, technical documents, and training video. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge & experience in modern video and audio technologies and processes that support conferencing solution and sound systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge & experience with sound and video control room technologies that support virtual broadcast and streaming of live events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to drive global organizational change within the video/audio conferencing domain and physical conference space within an office space. We\xe2\x80\x99d Prefer to See \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to document, maintain, and improve mobility processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong multi-taking skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant Mobility Certifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to utilize End User Analytics and Monitoring Software \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Intune MDM software for Mobility Management and End user device management \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience maintaining asset management software and self-service portal for software deployment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Product knowledge in M365, Poly, Creston, MTR, MS-Teams, Zoom, Blue Jeans and Webex. \xe2\x80\xa2 Camera/Video production skillset with experience in control room supporting and managing full end-to-end components.

Impact You\'ll Make: Knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in provisioning IOS and Android Company owned and BYOD mobile devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of experience in complex Mobile environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient knowledge of relevant computer languages for Android, IOS, Windows Devices \xe2\x80\xa2 Budget management, asset management and forecasting \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of M365 Platform and collaboration applications within mobile MDM environment \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years working within mobile telecom provisioning platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with video/audio technology solutions that support consistent and scalable enterprise solutions. Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills to work in a global team environment with a common goal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly organized individual \xe2\x80\xa2 Expert understanding Mobile engineering and operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise architecture that includes M365, W365, Intune and SCCM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
