We are a manufacturing company with about 24,000 employees worldwide, and our headquarters being in Sweden.
The Group Digital Services department consist of a team in Sweden and a team in Bangalore (India).
One of our main responsibilities is to help to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business. We are now increasing our output and to meet delivery excellence goals, we are looking for experienced developers to join our team and help to enhance our Cloud Solutions journey going forward.
This challenge will require proven ability to develop applications based on cloud solutions.
Duties and responsibilities

• Project Delivery

o Own all aspects of development for the project - coding, code reviews, unit tests and code quality
o Coach/mentor the development engineers and working effectively with the testing team

• Technology

o Demonstrate technical excellence and quality focus while working on sprint user stories by minimizing or eliminating bugs per user story delivered
o Work closely with Delivery Lead and Technical Specialist to resolve any technical impediments as soon as they arise
o Ensure the coding standards are followed and tech debt are eliminated in every sprint
o Drive the technical competency of the development area including tools, methods, frameworks, etc.

• Process

o Develop and demonstrate deep competency in Agile/SCRUM delivery process

• Quality

o Demonstrate an uncompromising "Quality First" focus and mentor development engineers on the Quality First mindset
o Own deliverable quality from a development perspective for each sprint and release
o Responsible for production quality deliverables
o Drive quality criteria across the development life-cycle starting from requirements to sprint demos

Profile \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with information technology background or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 At-least 5 years of experience in Information Technology industry working with Microsoft platform-based solutioning \xe2\x80\xa2 At-least 4 years of development experience with the following technologies: SharePoint Framework using ReactJS, C#.NET, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, CSOM, REST \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid experience in SharePoint Online/Azure services, deployments, configuration and troubleshooting \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid experience in Front-End frameworks/Libraries such as ReactJS, HTML5, Office UI Fabric \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with Microsoft Azure services \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is desired \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to translate functional requirements into high-quality SharePoint/O365 solutions, using a range of technologies to achieve the best performance, scalability and maintainability \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with close co-operation and daily contact with international colleagues \xe2\x80\xa2 Great team player who can explain concepts and functional requirements and help team members to overcome obstacles in development \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project team development methodologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate proactive, positive and collaborative mindset \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to give and take direction, constructive criticism, feedback and work to specified deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Soft-skills and assertiveness \xe2\x80\x93 specifically to build trustful, collaborative relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude, decisive but humble when needed, puts the team first
