As a Network Security Engineer at TransUnion, you will be a part of our Network Security team to implement & improve security posture which is key to meeting and providing the robust security to protect information for customers and TU associates. You will have opportunity to contribute to technology modernization by moving security tools to a variety of cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and alike. This is a great opportunity to leverage your programming experience in security domain. What You\'ll Bring: : Strong DevOps skills and experience in provisioning and configuring cloud resources using Terraform, Cloud formation etc. Experience building and using CI/CD pipelines. Experience with security programming and automation (like Python, Ansible or Puppet). Knowledge of Devtools like Git, Jenkins etc. Knowledge and ability to support cloud infrastructure, cloud security engineering & automation initiatives. Strong experience and knowledge of networking fundamentals. Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills. Ability to ensure the adoption and governance of standard operating procedures. Support security audits and maintain security compliance for tools owned. Knowledge of information security concepts. Provide operations support as needed. Experience responding to security events, security monitoring, and investigation activities. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. We\'d love to see: 5+ years of networking experience, including configuring, analyzing & troubleshooting complex TCP/IP networks. 2+ years of working in a Security Operations Center (SOC). 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP & certifications Experience with cloud automation in security domain. Experience working on projects with agile methodologies. Ability to maintain, test & troubleshoot security tools (Like IPS, WAF, Forensic tools, Packet brokers, Proxy, CASB/SWG) Impact You\'ll Make: Additional : In the first 30 days - Ramp up to project specifics and assess automation needs pertaining to deploying security tools in cloud environments chosen by TU. Participate in solution architecture and design discussion as needed. Beyond 30 days - Contribute to new cloud migration initiatives by automating tasks related to effectively deploying network security controls to cloud.
