Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and technicians.

2. Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

3. Design and Development: Design, develop, and test complex engineering systems, components, and processes.

4. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

6. Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.

7. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.

8. Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve engineering processes and projects.
