Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Knowledge on Suspension , Steering, Frame, Wheels & Tyres / Axle & Drive Shaft / Brakes System Design
Should able to deliver concept level system hard points and specifications
CAD modelling of concepts for a given Proposal /problem
Creates parametric models for complex parts/ sub-assemblies by incorporating the right dimensions
Generation of Suspension Articulation data and release in system
Designing the above with Manufacturing constraints in place.
Data management in the system
Layout preparation and Assembly releases in system
Concern resolution through QC tools
Generation of GD&T scheme and checking of 2D drawing for best practices.
Knowledge on Manufacturing, Service requirements
Knowledge on 1D simulations
Should have good Benchmarking knowledge
Experience
3 to 7 Years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech
