Maintain active presence in design stages of product development; guide teams with
EMC design principles, including schematics, PCB layout design and simulations
- Drive design efforts toward EMC compliance
- Debug EMI/EMC problems and deep dive into root causes
- Review EMI/EMC requirements to meet specified product performance, control plans
- Attend technical committees, updating the teams with latest regulations and any
- Thorough understanding of factors influencing EMC including
- Have knowledge of EMC regulations/standards (CISPR, IEC/EN, ISO etc) and test
- Highly skilled in PCB level EMC design as well as connector and enclosure design,
- Skilled in EMC debug techniques and be able to accurately perform emissions and
- Validate simulation models against measured data.
Criteria :
Proven experience in EV with battery pack, charger, other electronic module
- Have good knowledge of shielding and grounding requirement
- Experience of the use of the ANSYS EM tool suite.
- Experience of different CAD tools
- Experience of MATLAB & Python
- Spectrum Analyzer, ESD Gun
- LTSpice / SABER
- High energy and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong technical communication skills
